  • During 12 hours after online booking, you will receive the letter confirming, that apartament for you is reserved. The letter contains the further instructions;
  • If apartament that you choose for the given term is already borrowed, we reserve the right, to offer you another apartament from the same price category;
  • We do not demand the pre-payment for booking, but we reserve the right to give you any apartament of the chosen price category;
  • You can exclude such opportunity by acknowledgement of booking by phone specified on this site or having left us your contact phone;
  • We recommend to carry out booking one week prior to arrival if day of arrival does not grasp the state holidays;
  • You can specify any additional questions in the letter, by phone or ICQ (8469999).
