Our one-room flats in the center of Kiev are a lux class apartments, equipped with all necessary, including cable TV, a refrigerator, an electric stove, good bathroom, phone, a coffee maker and can be in addition equipped according to your desire (see paid services). This will make your stay in Kiev more comfortable.

Designed for comfortable residing of 1 to 3 persons. A constant price — 50 USD per night.

Essentially: At settlement on the significant term we give discounts for residing.

¹2 — Two-room studios

Two-room studios are apartments with the incorporated living+dining room and a bedroom. Also equipped with: microwave oven, conditioners, electric water heater and are sustained in the individual refined style.

Designed for comfortable residing of 1 to 4 persons. A constant price — 60 USD per night.

Essentially: the 12 hours settlement from 8 evenings till 8 mornings is Possible. In such a case payment will make 60 % from cost of an apartment, but reservation is carried out not earlier than 2 hours before the settlement.

¹3 — Two-room apartments

Two-room flats — are apartments with two spacious rooms, kitchen and bathroom, smartly furnished. In addition equipped with the automatic washing machine, the microwave oven, good electric stove and conditioners. Suiteable for residing of the small company or family.

Designed for comfortable residing of 1 to 5 persons. A constant price — 70 USD per night.
